Miss Betty Mae Boone’s generational Southern cornbread recipe is right in each bag. All you do, is add 8oz of Sweet Mae’s Pimento Cheese, or 1 cup of your choice of shredded cheese, and 1/4 cup of melted butter, 1 cup of water, and 2 fresh eggs, and bake. You’ll have the BEST southern cornbread recipe to enjoy with a dollop of Sweet Mae’s Pimento Cheese or honey butter. Each .75 pound bag of cornbread mix makes one 12” cast iron skillet of cornbread, or two 8” skillets of cornbread.
